Town Clerk: Philip Peacock
Town Hall, Market Hill
Huntingdon PE29 3PJ

Public Consultation:
Monday 23rd July 2018 to Monday 3rd September 2018

The pre-submission public consultation is now closed. Thank you for all of the comments on the draft plan. The Neighbourhood Plan Sub Committee will now consider all the feedback and make changes to the plan.

The proposed final draft of the Huntingdon Neighbourhood Plan was approved by Council at the Leisure & Community Services Committee meeting held on 21st June 2018. A public consultation will now run from Monday 23rd July to Monday 3rd September. This is your chance to comment on the Neighbourhood Plan, and propose any changes.

At the end of the consultation, we will consider any suggested amendments before submitting the plan to HDC. Following further consultation and independent examination, the plan will then go to a referendum. If the majority of residents vote 'yes' to the plan, it will become part of the statutory development plan. This means any planning applications inside of the Neighbourhood Plan area must comply with the planning policies.

Have your say!
