Planning Applications are normally discussed by the Planning Applications Panel which meets twice each month. Applications for large developments are discussed at meetings of the full Planning Committee. Details of the meetings are shown in the Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.
Whilst the Town Council considers and comments on all applications affecting the town, the controlling authority is Huntingdonshire District Council.
