Shopmobility
Hunts Shopmobility service enables everyone with limited mobility, either permanent or temporary, to hire mobility scooters or manual wheelchairs, enabling them to access our pedestrianised Town Centre and all it has to offer.
We are situated in Princes Street Car Park and we have limited parking bays designated for our customers but if they are full and you have a blue badge you are able to park anywhere in the car park.
Our opening times are Tuesday to Saturday from 10.00am to 2.00pm. We are closed on Sunday, Monday and Bank Holidays.
Our hire charges are as follows:
Monthly Single Membership - £7.00
Quarterly Single Membership - £21.00
Yearly Single Membership - £84.00
Monthly Couples Membership - £8.75
Quarterly Couples Membership - £35.00
Yearly Couples Membership - £140.00
Member's Overnight Hire Charges
Mobility Scooter Hire per Night - £8.00
Manual Wheelchair Hire per Night - £5.00
Non Member's Daily Hire Charges (10.00am - 1.45pm)
Mobility Scooter Hire - £5.00 per hour
Manual Wheelchair Hire - £3.00 per hour
Non Member Overnight Hire Charges
Mobility Scooter Hire per Night - £20.00 (Maximum 1 Week Hire)
Manual Wheelchair Hire per Night - £12.00 (Maximum 2 Weeks Hire)
A £10.00 refundable cash deposit is required for overnight hire from all.
We require a form of I.D. with the current address of all that register with us.
